Where we ship

We currently ship physical boxes to the United States and Canada. You choose your destination in the cart, and the shipping rate for that country is shown before you pay.

Delivery time

Most orders ship within 24 hours, so your box is often on its way the same day you order. Estimated delivery time once it ships:

• United States: 5-12 business days
• Canada: 3-10 business days

We will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking once it is on its way.

Digital files

Digital orders are not shipped. Your download links are available immediately after checkout and are also emailed to you, and the links stay active so you can come back to them.

Getting your address right

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to recover packages sent to an incorrect address.
