Physical boxes

Each box is assembled to order, so all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or has a defect, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Digital files

Because the files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, digital orders are non-refundable once the download is available. If you have trouble downloading or printing, email us and we will help.
